How do we approach automation?
As I’ve been saying, the key is to analyze what you need to automate. Once we’ve identified that, we’ll set up a workflow to implement those automations. This is where you can use various tools for automation, and this is where budget considerations usually come into play. Among the different automation tools, some are paid (Make, Zapier...) and others are open-source (N8N).
Automations with n8n
With n8n, you can work remotely or on-premises. We offer our clients the option to work with n8n installed on one of our private servers. This saves them on costs such as server fees, server management, and server updates.
It’s not possible to give a fixed price for n8n automations, as the cost depends on the specific requirements of the automation in question, whether it needs to connect via an API, and whether those APIs are paid or free.
But the most important factor to consider isn’t the cost itself, but rather the time and money you’ll save—such as having an automated service that runs efficiently 24 hours a day. Our automation service includes the initial analysis, scenario creation, technical implementation of the scenarios, testing, post-test improvements, launch, monitoring, and bug fixes during the first month, followed by monthly management that covers associated costs such as a server, etc.
Why use n8n instead of Zapier or Make
As I mentioned earlier, before implementing the technical aspects—that is, creating those automations—the first step is the research and analysis phase. Generally speaking, tools like Zapier and Make have a monthly fee and are also charged based on how often you use those automations and their associated processes, so if it’s a very large automation, it would be quite expensive if used frequently.
That’s why we generally prefer to use n8n, though we may set up part of the automation for a specific process using Make or Zapier, since their integrations with certain tools might be much faster than n8n’s. However, we only use that specific process and then return the workflow to n8n. This way, we save costs.

Once all the workflows have been created, we can handle everything from sourcing the hardware to preparing and installing the system, as well as creating, monitoring, and improving the workflows. We can also train members of your team so that you can expand your automation capabilities.
This service includes planning a series of sessions and allocating time to the project. During an initial meeting lasting up to 2 hours, which costs €250, we gather feedback on all aspects and assess the project’s feasibility.
