My name is Fernando López, and I’m an expert in SEO consulting, digital project management, and web development, dedicated to helping your business grow.

My experience dates back to 1998, when I began designing and developing websites.

I had the privilege of starting my career at iXL.com, a renowned U.S. agency, where I held various roles, including Web Developer, Web Designer, and Information Architect.

There, I gained valuable skills in usability and conducted usability studies for brands such as La Caixa and Mitsubishi Motors. This phase of my career completely changed my perspective on websites and the importance of a user-centered approach.

Later on, I worked at other leading agencies (Arroba, Indra, etc.) on large-scale projects. During this time, I had the opportunity to work on high-profile projects for brands such as Xfera Móviles, Turespaña, Caja Madrid Bolsa, TM Torreblanca, INIA, La Vaguada, and Central Lechera Asturiana, among others.

I diversified my skill set by developing custom solutions for small businesses, giving them full control over their websites—from front-end to back-end.

But as Google evolved and shifted its focus to the user, I realized it was time to adapt and evolve.

In 2013, I decided to give WordPress a try, and it was a real eye-opener.

By applying "best practices" and focusing on the user, I achieved outstanding results in terms of search engine rankings.

My SEO training is an ongoing process. I have learned from experts such as Dean Romero, Jose Facchin, Aleyda Solis, Fernando Macia, Fernando Muñoz, and Miguel López, among others, through advanced programs at Advei School, Webescuela, and Kschool.

In 2015, I co-founded my first company with my friend David Plaza, and since 2020, I have been running another company alongside Florencio, a classmate from the Kschool Master’s program.

We work on a variety of our own projects and client projects.

WordPress's potential goes beyond its powerful technical features. Its global community is incredibly active, and I'm proud to be a part of it.

I co-organize the WordPress meetups in Griñón and actively participate in community projects, including hackathons and WordCamps.

Teaching has also been a part of my career. I have taught in several master’s programs at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and have mentored people with SEO knowledge to help them optimize their search engine optimization strategy.

In short, I am passionate about continuous improvement and firmly believe in strategic planning before launching any online project.
